The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in San Diego County rose 1.4 cents Friday to $3.138, a day after going up eight-tenths of a cent.
The average price is 3.4 cents higher than a week ago, 3.5 cents more than a month ago and 78.7 cents above this time last year, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.
