San Diego police say a robbery suspect killed himself after a chase and gun battle with police.
He’s identified as 24-year-old Brian Marino of Westminster.
Police say Marino was suspected of robbing a Radio Shack store at about 12:30 p.m. Thursday. A motorcycle officer chased his car and the two traded gunshots.
