San Diego County explores a ‘new era of recycling’

County employees and residents celebrated Earth Day a day early on Wednesday by bringing in small electronic items to be recycled. County officials took the chance to showcase new and simpler approaches to recycling- apparently reduce, reuse, and recycle isn’t simple enough.
