The San Diego City Council has voted to ban drinking in the waters of Mission Bay. In a move to get around the ordinance that prohibited alcohol on the city’s beaches, residents floated tubes and rafts out into the water, creating what is called “floatopia” parties
The creative among us, always looking for a way to skirt what they consider to be party-poopers in our midst, have argued vigorously against this latest city edict.
