A wayward beagle is back home with his San Diego County family, six months after he went missing.
Gil Garcia and his family were reunited with their beloved dog, Bandit, Wednesday at an animal shelter in Carlsbad and shelter officials credit the reunion with the identification microchip implanted in the dog.
