Veteran broadcaster John Lynch isn’t taking his firing from Broadcasting Company of the Americas (BCA) lying down. He’s sued the company he founded and its major investors.
According to the San Diego Union Tribune, Lynch filed a lawsuit in a California state court claiming that he and his daughter, who was also fired, were taken advantage of by the Viejas Tribe, the largest investor in BCA, and JMI, the investment company of San Diego Padres Chairman John Moores. The suit seeks unspecified financial compensation for Lynch and his daughter, Kara Guthrie.
