After several weeks of slowly going down, San Diego gasoline prices rose every day this week to top $3 a gallon, on average.
Some experts expect the price of regular gasoline to keep going up through the middle of next week.
“My bet right now it will be Wednesday or Thursday,” said Bob van der Valk, who watches prices for 4Refuel, which supplies gasoline to fleets.
